1. Set a password
A confirmation email has been sent to you— please check your inbox (and spam folder). Once your password is set, you can log into your account, where you'll find member discounts. Your practice details will also appear there once we've assigned you to a practice.

2. We’ll get you registered at the dentist
You’ll be matched with a local practice that accepts Smile Access Club members. You'll receive another email with full practice details shortly after you sign up. In some cases, we may contact you first to confirm the practice before getting you registered.

3. The practice will call you to book your first appointment.
This usually happens within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
We recommend waiting for them to call first, so they have time to register your details and mark you as a Smile Access Club member. If you haven't heard from them within 5 working days, please contact us.
