How much can I save as a member?

You can save up to 65% compared to typical private dental fees.

Which treatments are covered under the membership?

Our membership includes a wide range of treatments such as check-ups, fillings, hygiene appointments, and more. All treatments must fall within the scope of your dentist’s expertise. If a treatment requires referral to a specialist, this would not currently be covered under Smile Access Club.

If you have specific questions about a treatment, feel free to discuss them with your dentist to understand your coverage.

Are cosmetic treatments included?

Smile Access Club focuses on providing access to essential and health-focused dental care. Cosmetic treatments, such as elective whitening or veneers, are not typically included. However, at the dentist's discretion, treatments that align with health needs—such as a white filling on a front tooth—would be covered under Smile Access Club.

How do I pay for my treatments once I’m a member?

As a member, you gain access to discounted pricing at our participating dental practices. Once assigned to a practice, they will manage all aspects of your care, including booking appointments, treatments, payments, aftercare, and addressing any concerns. You will pay for your dental services directly at the practice during your visit.

How do I find a partner practice near me?

Once you join, we’ll match you with the practice in closest proximity that best meets your needs. If you’re not satisfied with the chosen practice, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

What happens if I move to a different location?

We can help you find a new partner practice in your new area to continue your care.

How quickly can I get an appointment after signing up?

Once you’re matched with a practice, they will contact you to schedule your first appointment. While timing may vary by practice, most of our partner practices can offer appointments within a week.

Is Smile Access Club suitable for emergency dental treatments?

Yes, our partner practices offer emergency dental care at discounted rates for members.

Do you operate across the UK?

Currently, we’re operating in Manchester, but we’re working hard to expand across the UK. Our growth is driven by demand, so if you’re looking for affordable dental care in your area, sign up here to stay updated and be the first to know when we’re available near you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our monthly and annual plans are based on a 12-month contract. However, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the start of your membership, as we understand you may change your mind.

Please note: If you claim a free check-up during the 14-day cooling-off period, a fee equivalent to the average cost of a dental check-up will be charged to cover the practice's expenses.

Will you help me find an NHS dentist?

No, Smile Access Club is not a service for finding NHS dentists. Instead, we provide affordable access to private dental care at NHS-equivalent rates, designed to help those who can’t find an NHS dentist or afford private fees.As part of our service, we’ll register you as a patient at a trusted dental practice. However, this registration will be on a private basis with our affordable membership fees. Please note that NHS exemptions cannot be applied to our services.
